Blepharoplasty is a surgery for correction of eyelid’s form. The invasion of this type means excision of excessive skin and fat.

Indications for the surgery:

• Flabby upper or lower eyelid
• Ptosis of an eye corner
• Change of an eye shape

Incision is made in the natural fold around the eye or via the eye conjunctiva (transconjunctival technique). The surgery is performed in a hospital, using general or local anesthesia. Its duration is 1-1.5 hours. The period of rehabilitation- 10-14 days.
